About Crumb Behavior

I've been doing sourdough baking for 20+ years, and I'm still amazed every time a loaf comes out of the oven. It's always a miracle: wild yeast and bacteria actually work with you, flour and water become something alive, patience pays off in ways you can taste and share.

The Crumb Behavior website exists because I wanted to offer apparel that reflects this community. Real bakers who set alarms for folds, who talk to their starters, who choose the slow path in a culture obsessed with speed.

We make apparel for bakers who understand that good things can't be rushed. Comfortable, quality tees that hold up to flour dust, starter spills, and the wonderful chaos of family life and bake day. Soft enough to wear all day. Durable enough to last through countless washes.   Designs that mean something; if you know, you know.

Giving Back

A portion of every purchase goes to a local faith-based organization that house homeless mothers and and their children while they rebuild their lives. Because community matters—in baking and in life.
